Both of the versions of "Blowin' The Family Jewels" that I have on 
commercial recordings are in the key of A, with the harp played in third 
position. The version on Groove Time has nice unison work with the guitar 
that's very distinct. If your guitarist is actually playing like the 
recording, then there's your guide to the harp part. If he is in fact 
"soloing", now's a good time to steer toward the unison approach and learn 
the tune together.

When i first worked up William Clarke's "Blowin the family Jewles" I read on 
here that it was in third position on a diatonic G harp in the key of "a" 
but i could not get the low part towards the end,so the guitar player did 
his solo then, Now I am doing it on a chromatic "C and i havent performed it 
or finished working the song up( I got distracted) Can anyone confirm how
