Two that come to mind are: "It's Only Love" off Tejas which has some decent
harp and of course "Waiting for the Bus" off Tres Hombres.

I remember reading somewhere that ZZ Top decided to play all the instruments
on all their albums and even learned the horn parts on Deguelo. I'm not
saying they were great at it, but they did play them. I'm not sure if the
later albums with that synthetic, programmed sound was just them playing on
them or not.
