I believe it is called  "Return of the Creeper"  also  there is a Todd Rundgren tune called "Kiddy Boy" on Cotton's    "Taking care of business" album that has simularities.

It all goes back to the classics doesn't it.

And now,  Whammer Jammer is a classic.
