Ditto on kudos for Joe Spiers.
Over a few years since being turned on to Joe, he has been professional, improving his knowledge and work and being a gentleman, as well.
His tweaking a harp helped me learn to play Summertime.

Without going into too much detail, I gave Joe a tricky repair on a custom
harp, and got it back amazingly fast playing better than it ever has. Great
customer service to boot. Here's a new, very happy customer of Joe's!
