Brad,
	Chords/chord fragments used playing major key blues in 2d position  
are not available playing major key blues in 5th position (or, at  
least not apparent to me), so I play split intervals instead of  
chords.  Btw, the breath pattern for playing the blues scale in 5th  
position in the middle register is the same as the breath pattern  
used to play the major pentatonic (country) scale in 2d position.
