A good choice here is the Digitech Digiverb. About $100, lots of nice sounds, easy to set up and take down, and it's a small stomp box. It'll work in your aux loop just fine.

If we were talking about something slightly larger and more expensive, I'd recommend a Lexicon MPX200, which is a full rack-length unit that sells for $200, and is probably the single best value for money in any hardware device. The reverbs and delays in that box--never mind the choruses, flangers, and pitch shifters--are lush and wonderful.

But that's a bigger box and twice the money. For $100 and small footprint, the Digiverb is hard to beat. Given that you're sight-impaired, the simplicity of its controls will also be a plus.
