While it may be possible to tongue blow over blows if you're just  
learning the two techniques, I'd concentrate on one at a time or  
you're likely to sound like bag pipe. It really helps to get the over  
blows down with a pucker at first as it's easier to isolate the hole  
location with a pucker and concentrate on breath control.
