I gotta chime in on this! I had the good fortune to play through this 
amp and all I can say is WOW....

Mike turned me on to Dale Laslie, the builder, when I asked him if he 
knew anyone who repaired vintage equipment. I have a small 40's Bronson 
amp that two other amp tech's stared at cluelessly  (thank goodness they 
did not start working on it....), and when I took it to Dale he 
immediately got into it and had it fully repaired and even upgraded 
within 2 days. I just cannot say enough about him or his shop...I mean, 
what do you say when a guy, proprietor of a spotless, ultra-equipped and 
staffed service shop,  hands you a card that says "Tone Scientist" ???

So if you have any gear you want repaired, tweaked, or evaluated, I 
would totally recommend Dale at http://www.djlservice.com/ You can ship 
stuff there and he will ship it back.

I am so impressed with his shop, his work and dedication that he is now 
the North American warranty service for the Seydel Hyperamp.

When I took my amp down there Mike and Dale showed me the prototypes and 
the first production model for their Wezo 45, and I was so blown away 
that I drove back down to spend a couple hours testing it with my other 
amps and Dale's other gear....again, I just can't say enough. I've 
always used small amps, and told Dale and Mike that I just would never 
need the power/volume. I had been thinking about all this lately and Ray 
Beltran's posts added some more sound ideas. And when I played through 
this Wezo 45 it just completely turned me around. Yes, I'll never 
(probably) need the volume, but even at low volumes the quality of the 
sound and response is just in another dimension than what I thought
