There's a great Mel Bay's Harmonica Wall Chart by David Barrett that you
can buy that I have right on my wall for practice that has the scales
and note layouts (incl bends/overbends) for all harps (even some lee
oskar tunings and chromatic), and what harp for what key, etc all in one
handy (but big) place. Bay/Barrett also have inexpensive books/cd's for
harp that focus strictly on scales, patterns and bending techniques
(vols 1 and 2).

It's tabs plus music which helps to associate the notes/tab with musical
notes to wean yourself off the tab crutch.
