At the time Howard Levy was in Kenny's band and that was the connection (though I remember Howard mentioning that Kenny does play some rack harp). Can't say if Bill plays harp, though, and I don't anticipate having the opportunity to ask (though you never know . . . .).

Some of the issues of HIP are still available in paper form (Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 5) while 1, 2, 3, and 4 are available in PDF form (The electronic files for No. 5 are damaged).
