Assuming we're talking cross harp, I think that's a valid note to play in a
blues; BB King uses it a lot. It's the 6th (or 13th) of the I (or I7) chord,
the 3rd of the IV chord and the 9th of the V chord.

Creates a bit of a lighter, jazzier sound than sticking strictly to the
blues scale.
