[Harp-L] Re:The importance of Butterfeild

I've been sitting on the sidelines watching all the Butterfeild posts and just had to say that; to me; he was one of the biggest influences to my style and approach to the harp. Also, when I was coming up and learning how to play, I listened excessivly to Jr. Wells ,James Cotton, and Carey Bell. I also thought that Mayall was cool till I opened a show for him years ago and found out what a complete a__hole he was. Haven't listened to any of his stuff since. Sometimes it's a real drag to meet one of your heroes. Oh well...................
I think that "Better Days" was one of Butter's best albums. One of my biggest regrets is that I never got to see him live.
