I'm not familiar with the tune, but the chords you have listed in  
progression would be easy on a Chordet 20.
If you still have your Chordet, try it. 
 
On the Chordet, the A minor chord (blow) is on the lower deck, under the  
upper deck C major chord. The C,G, D chords (blow) are next to each other on 
the  upper deck, and the A7 (draw) is directly below the D chord, upper deck.
 
There is no shame with playing the easiest harmonica for the job (Chordet  
20). There is humiliation in playing a harmonica where the chords are not as 
 accessible (48 Chord), or on which you have less experience.
 
Continue practicing with the 48, but use the Chordet for your performance  
this week.
