You need a Pozi-drive size #0... it looks very much like a 
small Phillips screwdriver, but not quite.

A small Phillips screwdriver will work, but do not over-tighten,
and use the screw/bolt side which should be on the top-cover plate.

Dave Payne at Elk River Harmonicas sells the correct size Pozi-driver.
