I would love to be therefor a workshop with Rick,if it were not that I am  
2000 miles away, I would. Have seen Rick Estrin twice before, and it is a 
show  not to be missed! My question:  Is Little Charlie still his guitar  
player in this new band you mentioned, Tom?  I have all their stuff, and  you 
are right, some tunes Rick writes are off the wall funny. Great, great true  
blues harp player. Will go  down as one of the all time best, IMHO.

The  redoubtable, ribald Rick Estrin brings his great new band to Pearl in 
Dallas  on 10/10.  All Texas harp players should be there--Rick is the real 
deal,  and nobody does Sonny Boy #2 better.  Plus he's a monster chromatic  
player.  And he writes some great, often hilarious tunes.  We are  working 
on the final details of a workshop Rick would teach that afternoon or  early 
evening, before the gig, at the club. The gig is not to be missed.   The 
chance to learn directly from Rick is priceless.  Plan on attending  that
