Great news and shame on Suzuki that they let him go! ;)

He once helped me even though i was not actually one of his customers 
(i oughta contact Suzuki europe, which turned out to be surprisingly 
difficult), very kind, very helpful, very generous!
I'm sure many others on this list could contribute similar stories.
