In addition to the Barrett and Gindick resources below, the best overall resource I think out there right now is Winslow Yerxa's Harmonica for Dummies. Winslow is an invaluable resource here on the forum, and the book is very comprehensive and comes with a CD.

Adam Gussow has a series of videos on youtube that are free and very good as well.

There's a lot of very good and very bad stuff out there, so caveat emptor. You might search the harp-l archives for past discussions.
