For my own harps, I use liquid hand soap or liquid dish detergent and
a toothbrush. Carefully.
Basically soap and water. Haven't needed to use anything more "heavy duty".
My harps are modified to tight tolerances and I clean them regularly
to keep them optimally responsive.
If I was "disinfecting" a pre-owned harp, I would take additional measures.
