Have you tried recording it?  I have heard lots of unexpected "notes" emanating from my higher pitched harps.   The neighbors dog doesn't like it at all.

I wouldn't be shocked.  I am convinced its me and not the harps.  It
happens when I play acoustically and the model of harp doesn't matter.
