Yo Paul - I can answer some of your questions about the CBH.  It was designed by (and named after) Cham-Ber Huang.  They were assembled in the USA in the 1970s when Hohner USA was located in Hicksville, New York.  Chamber-Huang worked for Hohner at that time, before he left to start Huang Harmonicas.
