It is Buddy Greene. I would say that the vid is about 3 or 4 years ago. Buddy lives near me in the Nashville TN area and is a really nice guy. The performance is with the Bill Gaither show. Last time I spoke to Buddy, he was going back on tour with the Gaithers. Buddy is an old bluegrass guy and sings and plays acoustic as well and has lots of really good harp stuff on his web site.
