Yes, a tenor is a three-octave chromatic tuned an octave lower than a standard C 
chromatic, so that the blow note in the leftmost hole is one octave below Middle 
C. Put another way, its range is the same as the lowest three octaves of a 
four-octave chromatic.

Something I'm not too clear on Winslow: Does the term 'tenor' when applied to a 
chrom, mean a three octave harp,
but starting in the bass where a standard 64 starts? So it's a lower three 
octave harp than the regular model  (sorry, I don't know my model nos.) Right?
