Hello Harp-l'ers! Anybody got suggestions for overcoming nervousness
when making video. I turn the camera on and all my practice just goes out
the window. It's getting frustrating. I've been in positions in the past

and ability to perform the task at hand. I just want to get a good
representation of my playing to share with distant friends& family on

maybe instead of sitting down with the intent of making a video you
could try just always recording your practice. watch the resulting
videos, or don't, and just delete 'em afterwards. but after a while
you may acclimate and it may become no big deal. i haven't tried
this, but it might help.

i've been recording audio of jams, rehearsals, gigs, etc for years
now. it was pretty discouraging in the beginning, and still often is,
but you learn an awful lot from it.
