This may be a STUPID question: I have thought of customizing some old marine bands aka http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_9mMUAt3yY&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL. I know there is quite a lot of additional information on the web, but does anyone know if magnetized nuts and bolts would have any affect on playing tone-interference with mics, etc?
