RE: [Harp-L] sonnyjr amps

I've seen a few of the HarpKings go for more than the original cost, and some asking down right outrageous prices for them. Point being, as far as i know there are no new ones available.

Of I took all the money I've spent over the years chasing tone with amps, tubes, peddles, mics and the myriad of other junk I've used over the year I could have bought 5 of Sonny's amps. I guess what I'm saying anything worth having is worth saving and waiting for.

I know a lot of people have knocked Sonnyjr amps because of this or that but one day the value of those amps will sky rocket once they're not available anymore. The Sonnyjr amp is well made and it is expensive.....so what! So is a Porsche, Joe Spiers harmonicas are expensive. My point being that you get what you pay for. Some people cant afford the better things in life....So what do you do, you buy Fender Bassman Reissues and your harmonicas over the counter! Such is life.....
