[Harp-L] 4th position

I prefer to use 3rd position for harmonic mior songs (st james, autumn
leaves, besame) as you will get the leading tone on the 4 bend or the 7
overdraw. I use the 4th position for melodic minor songs (fly me to the
moon) or gypsy songs (minor swing, joseph joseph).
